Guidelines for Submissions
> To submit, please send information and a full gallery of high-resolution, professional-quality images through the form. All images should be in .jpeg format at 300dpi with no watermarks.
> The gallery’s link may be shared through the following platforms: photographer’s website, Dropbox, Pixieset, Pass, Pic-time, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or OneDrive. If the gallery has a password, please provide it at the time of submission.
> All submissions are considered for print magazines, online articles, and social use. However, submissions will not be accepted if they have been submitted or published by an alternative publication/blog. We want our content to be timely and fresh to our readers.
> We strive to support all businesses, large and small, so please remember to credit all vendors that participated within the event/shoot. This vendor list will be used if the content is published.
While we accept submissions of all kinds, Wed KC’s reserves the right to choose content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and that will hold value with our readers.
By submitting a gallery, you are personally solidifying that all of the vendors involved within the wedding/shoot have granted their permission for their work to be shared with Wed KC.
